How Toto AI uses your Google account
Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar or Google Contacts is optional, and only you can start it.
Only when you ask
Toto AI searches and reads your Gmail letters (attachment names only, never the files), reads your Google Calendar events and free time, and looks up an address or phone number in your Google Contacts. It can save drafts and mark letters as read. Routines you set up can read too, but never send or change anything.
You confirm every change
Sending a letter, archiving it or moving it to Trash, and creating, changing, deleting or answering a calendar event happen only after you press a confirmation button in the chat that shows exactly what will be done. Toto AI never deletes mail permanently.
Revoke any time
Disconnect an account in the bot's Mini App, or remove access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions (for an app password, delete it in your Google account). Deleting your bot deletes its Google tokens and history. Google data is never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI models.
Toto AI does not generate images and does not use Google APIs to create content about people.

Do I need to code?
No. Everything is set up in a conversation with Toto, in plain language.
What can I connect?
Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts, other calendars and mailboxes (CalDAV, IMAP), and external services from the Toto AI catalog.
Where is my data stored?
Sign-in tokens and passwords are kept in an encrypted secrets store and are never shown to the AI model. Revoke access any time. See the Privacy Policy.
